easy populate can't upload additional 10 products after 9000 products uploaded

I use easy populate to upload products, but after I have uploaded 9000 products, the easy populate do not work any more, even I reduce upload product quantity to 10 records. I use shared space plan in Hostgator, my website: www.jewelryee.com, Hostgator limit max_execution_time to 30, and max_input_time to 60, so far I do not want to change to VPS or dedicated server, are there any way to solve this problem? I just want upload 100 products every day through easy populate or some other method, I know someone use SQL to insert records directly, but how?

I try to upload another 6000 products after I already uploaded 9000 products, but failed due to time out issue.
then, I reduce to upload 1000 products each time, still time out.
then I reduct to upload 100 products each time, time out again.
then I upload 10 products, failed again.
the time execution limit from Hostgator should be enough for easy populate to upload 10 products, I think. But don't know why it doesn't work.
I can upload more products in my local computer after I set execution time in PHP.ini 1000 times than normal, but you know, most of space provider will not allow to do this.
