HTTPS Issue

Hello all. I seem to be having an issue with zencart and https. I go to view the items in my cart using https in the url (the certificate had been installed on the server successfully). However, when I click on an item to view details, checkout, etc. the url reverts to http (not https). Does anyone know what the issue may be?

I have checked my configure.php files and https is specified along with http. Https works elsewhere in the website just not in zencart.

I am running Zencart v1.3.9h

Also, zen cart is intuitive and goes to https when needed (register/login and checkout)
