Well, I think that the problem is probably the two mods needing to be merged. I have no knowledge at all about this gallery code. Never seen it before. You learn something new every day! Which mod is that exactly?

So, yes, as soon as you get your site back ;-( then the first thing to try is just to use SNAF by itself. Check that everything works. Then at least we know it is the gallery that is conflicting with SNAF. And we can have a look at merging the files.
