Attribute Customization

Can anyone help me to achieve this for attributes:

Develop an "Option Value" for an "Option Name" ( attribute in zen cart) that will determine the price for that "Option Name"based off of an equation and variables of height and width.

I need to be able to apply this to more than just a single product so it's got to be able to be reused on several products. must work with the Dynamic Price updater module.

Price equation: Price = (H*W)*M +B
Height and width would be entered by the customer. I need the ability to set a min and max for each height and width from the attribute controller for the specific product in the ZC admin (meaning if the max height I offer is 46" - if a customer enters 48" there would be some pop up telling the customer it's too large)
M is simply a multiplying factor that would be set from the attribute controller for the specific product in the ZC admin
B is simply an initial pricing factor that would be set from the attribute controller for the specific product in the ZC admin
