1226 User has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 1)

Hi,
I am getting this error message:
1226 User 'baby2gre_74293' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 1)
in:
[db_cache table]

I have had a look around the forums about this error message and have found some similar but not the same.

I am still unsure about how to fix this.

have a word with your host about it and see what they say.

"Current value 1" sounds weird i'm sure it should be much much higher

I've been having a look through some more posts and also noticed the '1' seemed strange as others were around 75000 and 150000.
