Order totals shipping HELP

why would the order totals on the checkout payment page and the checkout confirmation page not display the label for flat rate shipping ?

Could you go to your Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ...

and in the bottom input box, if you are using the Flat Rate flat shipping module and not seeing the title enter:
MODULE_SHIPPING_FLAT_TEXT_TITLE

and select Catalog ... then click search ...

What is contained in the define statements for it?

Click on REPLY and answer all of the questions asked ... then answer these questions as well:

Go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and what shipping modules are installed?

Do you have any shipping modules installed that you are not using? If so, click on them and hit REMOVE ...

Do you have more than 1 shipping module installed? If so, do you use Sort Orders on 1 or more of these shipping modules?

the flat rate module is the only shipping module active/green the others are inactive/red.
