Paypal Express issues with overseas customers

Well, the first thing is blaringly obvious: that's custom code you've added to the module.
The /includes/modules/payment/paypalwpp.php file DOES NOT contain any of that code, let alone on line 376.

Remove your custom code and use the original code, and it'll probably work a lot better.

It's situations like that which cause all manner of problems, and that's why you'll often see me tell people to undo their customizations which are breaking things, and why I so often quote this article, since it's the first thing I'd do if I were directly investigating unexpected problems: http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.p...Obscure_Issues
