If you are asking can you have 4 Products then a 5th Product considered the "Product Kit" which means get the 4 Products, then you would have to customize the code to know what the 4 Products are that belong to this Kit then customize the code to manage the stock on the Product that is the Kit and the 4 Products that make up the Kit ...
