Where is the setting for width?

I just installed my new zencart.

I came across this .zenflavor .com/demo9/ zencart template[/URL] and I really like it, but it restrict me from using it for more than one site, so I want to design a similar site by myself. The first thing is how do I adjust the page's content's width?

I have firebug but don't see the width in css? can someone shed me more light?
