Adding Products from another site

Hi I Own several zencart stores and some of them carry some of the same products.
I have heard that there is a way to take a file and add it into my other zencart to add the inventory rather than building each one in.
Please let me know how this is done.

Ive been told it can be done with some creative my sql importing and exporting but im kind of lost.
