Placing Amazon link into product image section

I have recently become an "Amazon " affiliate and would like to use their "link" images (which also include the product price) on my product pages.
I normally use a saved image from my hard drive and then insert it via the "Admin" section onto the product page, but the Amazon link is provided in HTML(and presumably needs to stay that way so that when they change the price it automatically updates). Can I do this?

If you mean the <iframe> links Amazon provides, you can use those as 'products' but you'll need to do the things I mention in post #2 here:
