Customer Screen Not Showing in Admin

This is a new install.
All of the admin screens come up except for customers.php.
A http://500 error occurs.
The error-log indicates cannot redeclare class base on line 17.
I have installed the following mods:
Newsletter_subscribe_2_2_2
ultimate-crossell
cowa
blank-sidebox
profit-margin
ceon_urlmapping

I have checked the files and mod updates in winmerge. The information is in the database.

Can you give me a hint on how to fix or troubleshoot this problem?

Replace customers.php with a default install file. Then remove or re-merge whichever addon it was edited for if it works properly.

Thank you for your suggestion. I renamed customers.php to customers.php.old and downloaded the customers.php from the install files. It still did not work. Do you have any further suggestions?

Still a 500 error or now a php error instead?

If so what does the error say?

What version of Zen Cart? PHP?

I am using ZenCart v1.3.9h.
When I click on customers.php from index.php I get a 500 Internal Server Error whether using the revised customers.php or from the install files.

The cache error log says: [06-Feb-2012 12:34:32] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class base in /home/content/26/3552326/html/bestautostuff.com/includes/classes/class.base.php on line 17

Okay I found the solution. Somehow the customers.php file was overwritten in admin/includes/languages/english/customers.php. Added the original from the core files and it is now working.
