Create User account from Admin

Not sure why I couldn't find it but there it is.

No, it shows no signs of working with 1.5 but I can do that and re-submit it if there are no problems.

Well, actually, when I searched for 'create user' in the free software section I got a warning saying that I was trying to hack the system and would I please stop. Ha ha! There is a filter in there for those words obviously :-)
