404 Error Message

I am trying to install version 150. I was using 139. It looks like I have upgraded but when I click on thr admin login link I get an error message that says the page is not found and the following message 404 error. I think I may need to rename my admin directory, but am not positive. I have put alot of work into the site so want to be sure my instincts are correct before trying to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated. www.cozyjams.com

Change your admin folder name to something else, then try pointing your browser to that URL ( www .cozyjams. com/YOUR_NEW_ADMIN_FOLDER_NAME
