free shipping on orders over X

So we have set up free shipping on orders over $100, however when someone has qualified for free shipping that is the only option that shows as available.

We would still like to be able to offer express mail...

In stead of using the Modules ... Order Totals ... Shipping ot_shipping ... turn that off and install the Modules ... Shipping ... Free Shipping Options freeoptions and set the Total >= 100.00 ...

Are you limiting this to National or International or is it for everyone?

Wow, thanks for the fast rely. I was coming back to say that we did just that :)

Free shipping is only for U.S. customers, so we did apply the free shipping to USA zone and tested to ensure an international customer didn't get free shipping options.
