I have the same problem at once.Credentials are OK.Recent password function dos not work.I receive the email just with:
TEXT_EMAIL_MESSAGE_PWD_RESET
instead of reset password link or new password
I have zc 1.5

Have the same problem with log in to admin page.Credetials are ok.Hepend at once.Help

That indicates that your /admin/includes/languages/english/password_forgotten.php file is missing or damaged or contains incorrect/outdated definitions.
