Attributes Not Allow Edits

I hope someone can help me out. I'm trying to edit the price on an attribute and Zen Cart will not allow me to. I've read through countless posts and viewed several tutorials to no avail. I went in through the Attribute Controller and displayed the product. I then clicked on the Edit button in the same line as the attribute and in the Price window below I made the change. I then clicked Update. When I went to view it through the Online Catalog it still shows the old price. Is there a setting that should be clicked in order for Zen cart to recognize edits? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Below is the site location.

Do you see the change in the Admin?

If you look at the two files, on the server, for:
/includes/configure.php
/your_secret_admin_dir/includes/configure.php

Do they both use the same database information?

Is this a clean install or an upgrade?
