Thank you for responding to my request for help. I have done as you suggested but I still can't get the different shipping tolerances to work, perhaps there is a set way of entering the information as I have tried amending the examples given to suit my purpose.

Example £1.00 up to £5.00:£2.50, £5.01 up to £10.00:£3.50, and so on.

I have set the shipping method to work on price variances and not weight variances. But after entering the desired delivery charge for the various order total ranges (see above), when I check that it works correctly as if I were a customer using the shipping estimator function, it throws up the wrong delivery charge for the cost of the order in question.

Any advice would be most welcome.
