url string for an individual product?

We're using ZC 1.3.9h

We have a special product that we're selling and I'd like to create an individual page for it, outside of the cart. But I'd like to embed an order form (basically an amount box and a submit button) that
will pass the order into the ZC cart.

Can someone tell me what parameters I need to pass and what form they need to be in?

I'm assuming it will look like http://www.mysite.com/store/index.ph...shopping_cart&......
