Layout and font size when reviewing product

at the bottom you will see the size of the font on 'Select Color' is huge, do any of you know where we can make this smaller and have this placed above the add to cart please ?

also if anybody knows how I can get the stars in the side bar to align with the text as they are only revealing the top half of the stars this would be very helpful.
