exclude non continental united states zones from free shipping.

[FONT=Verdana]Please anyone, I need to exclude some USA zones from the free shipping such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto rico, virgin islands and such, need to have the free shipping to continental usa only.[/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana]please, I just lost shipping to Puerto rico this morning :-( as it gave free shipping..[/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana][FONT=Verdana]also anyone have a list of ALL the United States Zones ?[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]as I deleted all none continental usa thinking it would solve the issue, now you just cannot select the location on the sign up form, so I messed that up also.[/FONT][/FONT]
