Zone table rates mod still not working as expected.

I am trying to set up different shipping fee for my website, my customers are mainly in Canada, so I will need shipping for Canada only, every province is different.

I found a mod called Canada Post Shipping Module, it seems to be perfect for Canada Post, however, it requires me to provide some customer id acquired from Canada Post, I don't have that id and have no plan to sign any contract with Canada Post.

All I need is to set up different shipping fee for different provinces, maybe I don't need extra mod and just need to use the "table rate"? Can anyone shed me more light on how to set this up?

Size 12.25"x9.25"x15.25", Weight: 1.537kg
ON: $8.00
NS: $20.00
AB: $20.00
PQ: $11.00
....

You could do a search on the Free Software Add Ons for:
Zone Table

and you should get:

There are 2 that might work for you:
Zones Flat Rate (for Multiple Zones)
Zones Table Rate (for Multiple Zones)

This let's you make Zone Definitions and setup the DETAILS for the specific Zones of a Country ...

Once made, you can then install the shipping module and set the amount you want to charge, either by Table Rates or by Flat Rate for the specific Zone Definitions that you have made ...

NOTE: if you add Zone Definitions *after* installing the module, save the settings to NotePad and do a REMOVE ... INSTALL ... and re-configure ...

The account number from Canada Post is free. There is no contract. The account number is required to link zen cart web site to Canada Post.

I already have all the zones defined, and then I installed the Zone Table Rate mod and configured all the zones, as you can see in the second screenshot, however, when I go to my store and check the shipping estimate or checkout, I see only two shipping options which you can see in screenshot 1.

And why in the Admin page the zonetable shipping shows orange? seems not active?
