    red flag Login Problems

    Good afternoon people

I’m not sure if am posting this in the correct section so my apologies if I have not.

I was wondering if anyone else has a problem getting into the admin section of their carts.

My cart was working perfectly well last night but this morning I just cannot log in, I keep getting a message saying internet explorer cannot display this page?

I have also noticed that I cannot log in from the main page on the site which means that no customers will be able to access my cart and purchase anything.

I have just spotted another problem now to

I have a livezilla logo at the top of my page and towards the bottom left hand side I have a twitter and fb logo and at the very bottom of the main page my ssl logo, these now all have gone and have been replaced by a white background with a red X instead of the picture.

I am new to the shopping cart and mine was set up for me although I have a big problem because they have now sadly passed away.

I would really appreciate some help please.

Thank you for the reply and please excuse my ignorance here but when you say post a link up exactly what do you mean?

I forgot to mention that I am rather new to the zen cart, I have a copy of the manual but only just got that so not had a chance to find out what is what yet.

All I ask is that you bear with me please; we all have to learn somewhere.

Basically your site is a http site, and those blank images, and your login pages are https (secure) - Have you changed anything, or your hosting company?

Customer can log in if they go to a non https page.. ie..

Thank you for your help i really do appreciate this.

Ok in answer to your question no i have not changed anything although i do not know about the company im hosting with.

The problem i have with them is the owner has not long passed away and i have obviously not been able to contact anyone about this.

I know i need to change my host which will not be a problem and i hope that may sort the problem out.

What could have changed is it the settings in I.E?

No, this is on the server, I use Opera browser and i see the same errors when clicking on any ssl links

Do you know if your SSL certificate is still valid, as any ssl link returns an error, even your index page if i try and reach it via an ssl link, its almost like ssl isn't installed.

As far as im aware the SSL certificate is still valid, i did only purchase that 3 months ago.

I have a feeling that the person i used for my hosting who is no longer with us could well be the problem and i think i need to change host.

In fact i know i need to change host
