Sold Out Button Overlapping More Info Link

The site has just been upgraded to 1.5.0 from 1.3.8. We are trying to get the layout back to how it was. One of the issues we are having is that the Sold Out Image is overlapping the More Info link in All Products. Also the Add to cart button and Quantity box and more info are missing in the category listing pages.

I have the category issue fixed. I still have the problem with the sold item button not aligning correctly.

The sold button and more info seems to be a bug in the cart not a template issue. I checked a clean install and it does the same thing.
