Shopping cart not passing billing address to PayPal

Using PayPal Express Checkout with ZC 1.5.0...
Customer, (me, testing) logged in to the Zen-Cart powered site, enters a billing address and a different shipping address while going through the checkout process. Then on clicking "Confirm the order" it takes me to a PayPal page which is not logged in (to PayPal)... I am trying to checkout as a person without a PayPal account so I'm using the bottom part, where you enter credit card details... it's got a "billing" address pre-filled in, but it's the shipping address I entered in Zen Cart (or that is in my profile in Zen-Cart, not sure where it's pulling from). Why isn't it passing through the billing address I entered?

If I'm not logged in through the website, when I click on PayPal checkout I am prompted to fill in a billing address, but I should be able to use this method even if I've got an account with the shop that I'm logged in to, right?

Complain to PayPal. They only offer the ability to pass ONE address from the store over to PayPal, and they call it SHIPPING.

So, if you want them to allow you to stuff billing address info into a transaction too, ask them to make changes to their core system.

I've been asking them for it for 4 years now. Maybe your voice will be the one that makes them jump.
