As per the title of this thread, when I go to adminand make my shipping modules taxable goods, I'd be expecting them to have tax added to them at the checkout. They don't.
Does anyone have any idea why this may be?

Your products are set as taxable goods, right? If they are not then tax won't be added. Usually the default product create is non-taxable.

Products are set to taxable, it seems to have fixed itself too. Can't explain how but it has so I'm not complaining :)
