Using 1.5.1. I've downloaded and ftp'd all files for Simple Google Analytics. Completed through Step 3
which was to paste code in the tpl_main_page.php file.

I ran the SQL patch (googleanalytics-INSTALL.sql), but not sure what to do with the results, if anything.

I am stuck on the next step - There is no file called:
includes/modules/pages/checkout_success/on_load_main.js

The only file under /checkout_success is header_php.php.

I did check under configuration and there is no entry for google analytics configuration so I am assuming I have not successfully installed Simple Google Analytics.

Help!
