Google Feed Not Picking up UPC codes in catalog

Hi, we are using zen cart 1.5.5e and google shopping.

Many of our products are disapproved by Google because the feed does not pick up the UPC code numbers for all products. This just started at the end of the year Dec 31 was the last time everything worked well.

I can see in the each product in admin where there is a UPC code listed, but when I look at the feed, there are only about 300 that have the UPC code listed. the rest are blank. Any idea How can I fix this so the UPC code is being picked up by the feed? I do see Numinix reference in the code as well as google base and googlefroogle. I just don't know how to get these to talk to each other.

Our site was manually upgraded a few months back from 1.39 to 1.5.5e. using PHP 5.6.38
I have searched all day yesterday for a solution.

Given that the UPC Code comes from a Numinix plugin and (most likely) so does your Google feed plugin, it's probably best to contact them for support.

Zen Cart software updates can sometimes not smoothly transition with custom programming and coding for plugins and integrations, so it may have been the case where your version update caused an issue with sending out the UPCs from Numinix to Google.

To resolve the issue, you should contact the Numinix and your Google Feed Plugin for support. However, the support might be slow, require development work on their end to update the plugin, or maybe even require you to reformat your site, which might take days, weeks, or even months.

Alternatively, you can also try a feed platform like Feedonomics (I'm actually the founder), who will ingest your product feed, optimize it, and send it out to Google. It may also save you time and energy if you decide to go to other channels and marketplaces where UPCs may be required.
