Major Error With No Back-UP HELP PLEASE!

After upgrading I get this

Why is there no backup?
There is absolutely no good reason for performing an upgrade without first testing it in a separate space. In fact, all the upgrade documentation specifically guides you in that direction. www.zen-cart.com/upgrade
And what kind of website do you run where you don't have backups? At the very least YOU should be making your own backups on a regular basis, for your own peace-of-mind just in case something goes wrong with your hosting company's servers. Let alone doing an upgrade without testing first.

Translated, means: When trying to open /includes/application_top.php, the server operating system responded with "Permission denied".
Apparently your filesystem permissions are set too low.
Contact your hosting company for specific help on the correct settings to use for your particular server.
