Hi,
EZ page links are separated by using "::". I am using EZ page links in the header and footer. I want to get rid of "::" between those links, as it is messing up with my customized header tabs.
How do I get it done?

You might want to look into admin/Configuration/EZ-Pages Settings > EZ-Pages Header Link Separator. Leave the field blank if you don't want any separator.
You should spend an hour going through all the hundreds of settings under the Configuration menu. You'll be glad you did.
