HELP! Shipping modules stress

Hello everyone.

I am new and inexperienced in all this and i have been trying really hard to figure it all out but there are some things i can't understand, hope anyone can help.

So this is how it looks:

Firtly i would like to set the shipping per unit(weightunit), it should be like this:

one Package up to max 1 kg costs 7 €
From 2 to 5 kg costs € 13
From 5 to 10 kg costs 20 €
From 10 to 20 kg cost 40 €
From 20 to 30 kg costs 55 €

i have tried to set Shipping Cost per Unit but somehow it does't work properly, it either makes my shipping costs more or less and i can't really figure out this %, how is this calculated??

if someone can please help me here, i'm really stuck up

It looks like what you want is Table Rate shipping. There's an explanation of how to set the various rates up in the configuration area. In your case it would look like this: 1:7, 5:13, 10:20, 20:40, 30:55 though you should add something for orders over 30Kg, too.

If it's not too much i would have another thing to ask.

I have different articles in size and weight, i have small articles with a weight of 1 kg or less, and even large items with a weight of more than 5 kg,

Now if someone buys 5 small articles my system calculates 5 packages, and when I choose Table Rate
it calculates me the weight and what it should cost which is not really correct because this little articles all fit together in a box.

If I take an article of 5 kg, which in this case when someone buys 5 of them they must be sent individually, my system calculates the same as with the small articles

What can I do,where and how can i adjust my system so that it recognizes that, the product up to this weight are shipped in a single box and the other products must be shipped separately?

I hope i have made myself clear, and i really hope you can give me an answer.
