Admin Not Loading

Hello

Our admin has suddenly decided to stop working at all. When trying to load any page in the admin, all that shows is a blank white page -- an error 500.

The front-end works fine and everything else on the server, both pages and databases, is working -- it's just this particular ZC admin.

It was working last night and we have done nothing to the store since (no changes to FTP or database).

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what we can do to fix this please? It is rather urgent, as this is our main website.
