Google Merchant Center Feeder for ZC v1.5.x [Support Thread]

Hey guys,

I have upgraded to Zencart version 1.5.1 and after loading everything the Configuration menu has nothing on it;
Admin/Config/MerchantCentre.

The page loads up and the tool works from the Tools menu, but without the configurations page loading I cannot get it to work properly.
Is there a easy way to fix the page loader? or hard code?

Can anyone help me, I upgraded to ver 1.5.1 and tried to install the mod, but when I run the install SQL thru PHPmyadmin I get this error message,
