Limiting product title size on home page

Hi folks, I hope this is in the right place? Im struggling to fix a problem on my websites home page. Its tough to explain so added a screen shot.



As you can see the display boxes for the products are different sizes depending on the length of the product name, in some cases it even pushing the price and details button out of the box
I assume the best way to fix this would be to somehow limit the characters/words shown for the name/title of product, however i cant see how to do this anywhere in admin.

Any ideas?

That can probably be fixed, but we'll need to see the site rather than a screen shot.

Glenn Herbert's FLEXIBLE PRODUCT LISTING module takes care of these issues, as it is a comprehensive reconstruct of the way the listing is originally compiled. Glenn has factored in the need for additional CLASSES and ID's in order to use CSS to position things better.

I am not sure if it is fully compatible with ZC1.5 ... check with the author gjh42

The page you will land on has 6 products... Look at the FOURTH one (second row) relative to its neighbours, 5 and 6.

Please make sure to BACKUP stuff first. Glenn strongly advises this too.
