Also did i miss something what to do with the folder caled IH_INSTALL?? am i meant to change that to the template name because the instructions say just to ONLY change the name of the admin folder and nothing else

Covered in the install instructions..

You may notice folders named "IH_INSTALL" that contain files that would normally be in the "YOUR_CUSTOM_TEMPLATE" folder. Such folders and the files they contain are an important part of the auto-installer and should NOT be removed, renamed, or relocated!

Im having some problems over here. It seems to be installed.
After installing i changed IH resize images yes

Looking at the site it doesnt seem to have rewritten or made any new/cached images

When i right click on the small image in the specials sidebar and view image.. its showing the original image in /images nothing showing for the cache folder.

I got the hover to work

My cart is set up with a single 200x200 image for each product and a few of them are 180X180 i think

the small image should be 150x150

when i go to tools>image handler im now seeing 3 images .. each are 200x200

Can anyone help? Here are my images settings

Did you review the Troubleshooting tab of the readme?? What are the permissions of your images and bmz_cache folders??

Dunno how you can say this is true.. I don't see the hover working on your site and based on your posted image settings is seems as if you did not follow the instructions on the Configuration tab for enabling the image hover feature.

Please don't take this wrong, but a LOT of your questions and answers really are covered in the readme.. It's a lot more efficient if you use the readme as your guide and then post here when things are still not working AFTER following recommendations in the readme.. This way the folks who volunteer here on this support thread can at least have a better place to start..

I am positive your issue has nothing to do with IH4 at all.. I would suggest rolling back and installing your add-ons one at a time testing in between each install to make sure they are working correctly..
