After installing IH4 if I go to a product page and click on an image all I see is a smallish, blank, white lightbox.

Still not installed correctly..

You need to start over and re-install BOTH IH4 and the lightbox.. But before you do this you need to go back to the readme for BOTH add-ons where there are very explicit instructions for how to install both together..
