I would suggest rolling back to a pre IH4 install state and starting over.. IH4 is a super simple hassle free install and if you follow the installation instructions TO THE LETTER, it should just install and it should just work..

I won't lose any picture that way? Especially the one in bmz_folder ? Please confirm
