Products on Main Page

I want to put the product listing on the main homepage of the cart. I'm not currently using the new products section, or anything else. Is it possible to do this?

Product listings are normally category specific

admin > config > layout settings > Main Page - Opens with Category > enter category as cpath=????

NOTE: you also need to turn on:

Categories - Always Show on Main Page
Always Show Categories on Main Page
0= off
1= on
Default category can be set to Top Level or a Specific Top Level
