in-stock quantities

I sell fabric and need the available quantities to appear with the product in decimals (such as 3.67). I have set the "product quantity decimals" in the stock configuration to "2" but the quantities continue to appear in whole numbers. Is there a second setting I am missing?

You will need to set the Minimum and Units on the Products to use this ...
