Paypal reciepts arent showing products ordered?

Hello,
Just got an order on my shiny new site and in the paypal invoice it says... All the items in your shopping basket (see details in the store and on your store receipt).
Instead of listing what they have ordered.

I went into my admin to see if there was a list there and under admin> Customers> orders and there are no orders in there.

Can anyone help?

When you did your test purchases before going live, did the product names show on those invoices?
What testing did you do?
Which PayPal module are you using, and why?

Tried to test it but wasnt too sure how so only want as far as login to at least make sure the site was working.

Paypal website payments standard. I had a read through the differences and this one seemed the best for me i thought

What you're experiencing is entirely normal for the Website Payments Standard module.
Using Express Checkout (which is based on a much more contemporary and reliable technology) will show the details of what the customer ordered on the PayPal receipt as long as there are no discounts on the order.
Express Checkout has the same fee structure and essentially the same result to the customer's experience too. So, nothing lost in making the change. Only good things to gain.
Switching is strongly recommended.

I have done what you said, but when I process payments in my site with paypal express checkout, I get this...
An error occurred when we tried to contact the payment processor. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. () - (7) couldn't connect to host

I have also run ipncheck.php which says...
