USPS Module not showing

Since you do not have USPS yet, just install the files to:
/includes/modules/shipping
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping

and you will see this in the Modules ... Shipping ... when you reload the page ... now click on USPS and click on INSTALL and configure it ...

Just to be clear, I'm using Filezilla, I drag and drop the entire 'includes' folder for the shipping module, correct?

You should overwrite the new 'includes' folder over the existing includes directory on your server ...

Then, if you peek in the directory, on the server, for:
/includes/modules/shipping
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping

you will see the files for:
usps.php

I looked everywhere, I don't see that. I'm trying to get that folder into my server through Filezilla. I just want to make I'm putting things where they need to go. What do I drag and drop into Filezilla?

I do not use Filezilla ... but usually in an FTP program you would see on the left:
\includes

and on the right:
/includes

then drag the directory on the left:
\includes

to the right so it overwrites the /includes on the right ...

That should copy the files where they belong ...
