Template/Sidebox Issues

I have two different stores, both running 1.5.0. The second store was recently created. Both stores also run the same template. I can control the sideboxes in the first store just fine. For some reason, I cannot get sideboxes nor the columns for them to display on my new store. When I changed from the regular template to the template I am using now, I reset the boxes in the Layout Boxes Controller with no results. All of my settings between the two stores for things such as Layout Settings, etc, are set the same. I am really only looking to have the Categories sidebox to show up.

Any ideas?

Go to the new store using the link you posted above, and view the source of that page. Scroll down to the bottom of the code and you'll see the page is incomplete. That usually happens when you've edited a PHP file and missed something important. Not being a PHP guru I can't tell you where to look. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable will have a specific suggestion.

Check your /cache folder for error log files.

Error LOG files in your cache folder will probably indicate that there is a faulty file somewhere. I "partial" page-load suggests that the page starts to build, but stops along the way because of a faulty file.

If you re-FTP just the custom template folders again, it will probably fix the problem. NB: Don't send any other files... only the custom template.
