Moneris Payment Module - URL's

I am in the test mode right now and the order goes to Moneris but the order is not returned to Zen Cart... Can someone explain how to find the correct approved URL?
Currently I have it set as: http://www.mysite.com/index.php?main...eckout_success

I am running into a related problem now as I do some module upgrades.
The dashboard for Moneris HPP is not allowing a question mark in the approved or declined URL. When I try to give a direct URL to checkout_process.pgp I get a Forbidden response from the webserver.
The transactions are processing OK but this is affecting the displayed transaction success/failure page.

Any help is appreciated.
