how do I send the orders for delivery?

I added a free downloadable mp3 file to the site: http://store.bbiclan.com/index.php?m...roducts_id=104

When I tested the download, it did not send the file. It shows both attempts in the Admin as processing. What am I doing wrong, or how do I send the orders for delivery?

You have some type of errors on the Payments ...

I get Not accepting payments from your region but it lets the order go through ... but then shows as:

Payment Method
Gift Certificate/Coupon

Try installing the The Zen Cart FREE CHARGE CARD freecharger, now called the Free Order freecharger in v1.5 for orders of $0.00 amount ...

Currently, my order is not able to do a Download ... what are your settings in the Configuration ... Attribute Settings?

I now see the Free Order for the Payment methods ... however on the completion of the checkout the Download is not available ...

1 What are your settings in the Configuration ... Attribute Settings ...

2 If you go to the Attributes Controller for this product, do you see the green dot next to the filename for the download?

I tried to process it again, I received order conformations every time, but download did not initiate when I comfirmed the order on the dite....

I would suggest you rename your filenames to not include spaces or special characters ... only use Letters and Numbers or the underscore ...

I made a 3rd order and still do not have available to me any way to download the file ...

1 Look in your Zen Cart Admin and go to Configuration ... Attribute Settings ... what do you have setup on all of these settings?

2 what are the actual settings on the Attribute for the MP3? From what you are showing, you are displaying the questions and options but not what you have set

3 On the MP3 attribute in the Attributes Controller for this product, does that one have the green dot next to the filename?

4 What do you have set for the Order Status on the Payment Module Free Order freecharger?

Can't attach the attribute file, 559 Kb larger than site accepts. do you have an Email I can send a wrd doc 2003 format to? Filoesize 559 Kb site accepts less than 20kb
