New template not loading

Hi all,
I installed a new template and it's not showing. This is the second Zen Cart store I'm doing and it's the first time I had this problem.
I went to the forum for the template, someone said "the stylesheet is not loading." and they told me to check the error log...but I'm not sure how to do that.
I looked up "Stylesheet not loading" and tried to rename the htaccess files but that didn't work either. can someone please help me?

That link doesn't work.

Do you mean that the new template doesn't show up in Admin - Tools - Template Selection ?

What I mean is that when I go to the site, I don't see the template working. Like...all the side boxes, the slide show, etc.

Sorry, that link doesn't work, either.

I don't know about the slide show, but as for the sideboxes, did you Reset the sideboxes after switching to the new template (Admin - Tools - Layout Boxes controller) ?

Strange. I can open the site in FF, but not in IE or Chrome.

Anyway, I see this when I try to look at any of your stylesheets:

You do not have permission for this request /includes/templates/apparel_boutique/css/stylesheet.css

so check your file and folder permissions.

I already tried the link you gave me, it didn't work...

Can you tell me what files and folders to change permissions?
