Actually I get no rates on the estimator and I get this in the checkout:
Cannot reach Canada Post Server. You may refresh this page (Press F5 on your keyboard) to try again.
110 Connection timed out
The connection looks fine and the port was open in 1.3.9 but I'll check again.
If port 30000 is not open, then it won't be able to get quotes.
Have you picked up the phone and called CP tech support so they can look at what your account is sending and what they're replying back with?
I suspect they're going to tell you they're not getting requests ... and that means your next call is your hosting company, to open the port.

No I haven't checked with Canada Post. I've opened a ticket with Bluehost though. Can't see why they would have closed the port on me in the last few weeks but its definitely the first thing to check but good to know I could call Canada post.
GF
Well I guess bluehost had closed the port again for some reason. They opened it again and now everything looks fine and comes back fine. So maybe Dr.byte you could add the module to the 'works in 1.5' thread unless you still have concerns?
Moral of the story, never assume that your host hasn't changed something...
Thanks, GF
