    Default Slow website loading

    my website loading is very slow http://www.oitem.com/ its a free template denim and i upgrade it to 1.5 version and changing the category to zen_cart_vertical_multi_level_slide_out_category_menu_1.1 and also changing diff admin and right now im here, the out come very slow website, and before that i change my admin multiple times so, i think that one als.

    Short answer is that your images, especially the product images, are much too big (file size, not dimensions). Most of them are around 126Kb - they should be less than 10Kb. Optimizing the images will speed your site up considerably.

    how can i do that if i decrease my images memory the graphics will become ugly right

    You are using the same image for large medium and small
    Soooo... the small images are UGLY now.
    They have the jaggies because it is the browser that resizes them.

    Learn about using different sizes for large, medium and small
    or install Image Handler and let it do it.

    If you want to get rid of the jaggedness add this to your stylesheet

    img { -ms-interpolation-mode: bicubic; }

    im not using any image handler and medium small big picture i wont know how to use them, i just upload the picture to the image file manager image ,, where can i download image handler for 1.5 or how about using image in the file manager

    does this effect the loading if the picture is big , do i need to put in the large image folder, or the same

    IH4 can do it all for you using just the large image
    Image Handler 4 for v1.5.x

    As you are using a large image for the small images.
    Users now have to download about 10 times as much as they should.

    the ImaGE HANDLER is not friendly user, its hard to install , first do i need to make a new folder1) bmz_cache second) includes>modules>IH_INSTALL do i need to make a new folder for IH_INSTALL third) includes>templates> IH_INSTALL do i needto make a new folder again IH_INSTALL and also the read me, where can i upload the images and also the includes css and jscript is it under admin etc it didn't mention anything
