How To Move Things around?

Hello I have a couple of questions please.

1 How can I remove the category image from the products info page..example here I want the little bottles gone:

and

2 How can I move the products name up a little to get rid of all the white in between it is visible on the url above and the store main page

So I have a category image too much white, then i have the category name then too much white and then the next category image..etc
