If anyone has Google checkout installed can you confirm that these are problem that are existing for all merchants?

1) Custom Logo (if given to Google) is not shown now on the top left
2) There is no link for "Back to store"
3) Clicking on "edit orders" leads to your header being frozen in that small space.

Curious as a customer of mine said he tried to add another product but when he clicked on the edit orders it was stuck on the google screen with my header only showing. I tried GCO on my test site with 1.39 also and it does the same thing. Just making sure that its not a server problem on my side and others are also experiencing this. My host is with Hostgator.
