does this version work with zencart 2.01?

I just tried it and it's not working for me on 2.1.0 but it works on 1.5.8. When you click on the image, it just opens the image in a page alone (not on the popup).

Yes, I have just upgraded from ZC v1.5.8a to ZC v2.1.0 and Colorbox is still working (I originally installed it in ZC v1.5.6a). I am using the Github version. Assuming there would be a confilct with the new image modal popups in ZC 2.1.0 I kept my includes\templates\MY_TEMPLATE\templates\tpl_modules_main_product_image.php as is.

Well, it works with the main image but doesn't work with the additional images. If you use the files modules/template/additional_images; the additional images will not show on the product page. If you delete that file, then the additional images will not be included on the popup and the image will show the medium image very big and pixelated. For example: 122px × 375px (scaled to 204px × 657px)

I tried this on my sandbox without any other mod installed, only image handler.

Has anyone managed to get this running and working with the responsive_classic template?

Have tried on both version 1.5.8a and 2.1.0, and everytime, this plugin causes the product page, and the right hand column of the website to vanish. Just the product title stays.

Also, tried the Lightbox plugin as well, and the same thing happened.

No errors in the logs either.

I know the plugin isn't supported anymore, and hasn't been updated for some while, but after reading through this forum, it seems like some people have been successful, and managed to get this old plugin up and running.

Any help or suggestions, on what might be causing this not to work with the responsive_classic template, would be very much appreciated.

I am having a similar issue. I had apparently installed ColorBox in a previous ZC version (and forgot all about it). When I installed 2.0.1 the files for ColorBox should not have been in there, only references in the DB as a configuration item. I do not remember installing colorbox after 2.0.1...idk...but 2.0.1 was working perfectly fine with multiple images. Then last week I installed Image Handler 5 and now when I have multiple images for a product everything disappears except for the 1st image...no product description, no attributes, no quantity box, no add to cart...nada...it has been a nightmare to say the least trying to figure it out...I tried running the sql uninstaller for ColorBox but that didn't work. Also uninstalled Image Handler 5 and that didn't work either. Products with only 1 image display normal, add a 2nd image and I get the blank product page, remove the additional image and the page comes back.

So I decided to just re-install 2.0.1 but every time I do it does not give me the "Upgrade" button option despite setting the configure.php files in both the includes and admin/includes folder. Re-tried it like 5 times today thinking I was doing something wrong. I tried upgrading to 2.1.0 to just get past the issue with 2.0.1 but DPU which I depend on for my site wouldn't work...so I tried POSM and POSM P/W and it apparently doesn't have the same functionality as DPU so I am back to square one.

If you find the fix for the partial white screen please let me know.

In software reinstallation of 2.0.1, if still referencing the same database, then there would not be a database upgrade option.

If then the same database was upgraded to 2.1.0, without a backup of the any of the previous versions then the database is at 2.1.0 even though now restoring back to software version 2.0.1.

As to IH, there are some additional observers that check for the database existence of color box. I would expect if those additional observers were not present, then the database extras if still present wouldn't have an impact on IH.

If you're getting a black page, there should be some sort of debug log generated that should then also help track down the issue... May have to look at your host settings to generated the log assuming it's not an error but instead a warning or less.

Somewhat depends. If issue exists when IH is not installed then there's something else about. Otherwise I expect either removal of the extra IH files for color box or removal of the database settings for color box to correct. Understand though also this plug-in has it's install process where the admin files include installation.

So would need to remove the install files or rename their extension and then do the database removal to prevent reinstallation. FWIW, I'm not currently looking at the package to suggest more guidance, working from memory.
